Call for additional COVID Commentaries
JMS recently published a series of short commentaries on the implications of COVID-19 and its social and economic reverberations for the future of management studies. We are now entertaining additional proposals that could complement those we have published. We anticipate publishing a limited number of additional commentaries. Proposals should consist of a brief (250 word) overview of the management studies topic and how COVID will challenge and prompt reconsideration of key assumptions and suggest alternate future directions. Please note that we believe most of the major areas of management and organization studies were covered in the current collection. As such, we are interested only in potential proposals that cover a broad area of management and organization studies and are not covered in some way by the current collection. As such, before submitting a proposal, please review the collection which can be found here in its entirety, and in your covering note, indicate how you see your contribution offering a major and important addition to the collection. Proposals should be sent to Jonathan Doh (jonathan.doh@villanova.edu) and Daniel Muzio (daniel.muzio@york.ac.uk) by 20 December, 2020.
