Bio:
Trish Reay is Professor and TELUS Chair in Management at the University of Alberta in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. She is currently serving as Associate Dean Research & PhD Program, and is Past Editor-in-Chief at Organisation Studies. She also holds a Visiting Distinguished Professor appointment at Warwick Business School. Dr Reay’s primary research interests include institutional and organizational change, professional identity, and identity work. She has investigated these topics primarily in the context of health care organizations and family business. Her research has been published in journals such as Journal of Management Studies, Academy of Management Journal, Organization Studies, and Human Relations
